My name is Giuseppe “Joe” Traina. I was born and raised in Italy, and in 2024 I moved to the United States with a dream: bringing real Italian food into the everyday life of Americans.
I arrived alone, with no resources, and started working as a waiter. That experience opened my eyes: the U.S. had no true Italian fast-food concept — fast, authentic, consistent, and genuinely Italian.
From that vision, I created GT IMPORT USA to supply authentic Italian products, and TRICOLORE – Italian Fast Table, the first Italian fast-food concept designed for people who want quality and speed, without compromises.

Mi chiamo Giuseppe “Joe” Traina, sono nato e cresciuto in Italia e nel 2024 ho deciso di trasferirmi negli Stati Uniti per inseguire un sogno: portare l’autentica cucina italiana nella vita quotidiana degli americani.
Sono arrivato da solo, senza niente, e ho iniziato a lavorare come cameriere. Quel lavoro mi ha permesso di capire una cosa fondamentale: negli USA mancava un vero fast food italiano, veloce ma autentico, dove si mangia esattamente come in Italia.
Da questa intuizione ho creato GT IMPORT USA, per importare eccellenze italiane, e TRICOLORE – Italian Fast Table, il primo fast food italiano nel mondo pensato per chi vuole qualità e velocità, senza compromessi.

Me llamo Giuseppe “Joe” Traina, nací y crecí en Italia y en 2024 me mudé a Estados Unidos con un sueño: llevar la auténtica comida italiana a la vida diaria de los americanos.
Llegué solo, sin recursos, y comencé trabajando como mesero. Esa experiencia me hizo entender algo clave: en EE.UU. no existía un verdadero fast food italiano, rápido pero auténtico, como se come realmente en Italia.
De esa visión nacieron GT IMPORT USA y TRICOLORE – Italian Fast Table, el primer fast food italiano del mundo dedicado a quienes buscan calidad y rapidez sin compromisos.

TRICOLORE nasce da un’idea semplice: portare il vero sapore dell’Italia nel ritmo veloce della vita americana.
Tutto parte da GT IMPORT USA, l’azienda che importa ingredienti autentici direttamente dall’Italia. Da questa base nasce una visione chiara: nel mondo non esisteva ancora un vero fast food italiano.
Così abbiamo deciso di crearlo noi: veloce come l’America, autentico come l’Italia.
TRICOLORE è un concept moderno, rapido e replicabile, dove pasta, focaccia, sughi tradizionali e prodotti italiani DOP diventano finalmente accessibili a tutti.

TRICOLORE was born from a simple idea: bringing the true taste of Italy into the fast pace of American life.
It all started with GT IMPORT USA, the company importing authentic ingredients directly from Italy. From this foundation came a clear vision: the world still had no real Italian fast-food concept.
So we decided to create one — as fast as America, as authentic as Italy.
TRICOLORE is a modern, fast, scalable concept where pasta, focaccia, traditional sauces and Italian DOP products become accessible to everyone.
